To continue with our game, this time Soir sent us a sketch. Some played the game, some didn’t, but nevertheless it was a nice day with some out-of-town friends who were visiting Paris.

Moderne Jazz.
With the guys in Moderne Jazz, we began a game – one makes a sketch, and the rest of the crew paint using the sketch : )
Torpen visited Paris one day, and he left us a sketch before he left. So we went off with the sketch and painted it. I lost his original sketch, but maybe you can imagine it by looking at what we did with it.

Another painting day from some time ago. This must be from last summer.

Hey you, I’ve been away from the blog. Sorry if you’ve been waiting ; )
Now that I’ve been away, there are many backed up photos and stories which I meant to share with you for a while. So I’ll start with these paintings some friends and I did some time ago. I’m guessing some time last year? Not sure..

Hi you! I just received my second assignment for my ongoing personal project called GIVE ME AN ASSIGNMENT. You don’t know what GIVE ME AN ASSIGNMENT is? It is an ongoing personal project I’ve invented to ask my favorite creatives/people to give me an assignment. And it is an open call for anyone to join in and do the assignment with me : ) You can read up this post for more information.
So let me introduce you the second assignment giver,Torpen. He is an artist, a graffiti writer and a friend from Brest, France. We are in a same crew called Morderne Jazz and often paint on walls together. He is one of my favorite graffiti writers, and I have learned and continue to learn a lot from him.
I’m very happy that he gave me (us) an assignment. A very interesting one.

I’d be happy if you joined in to do this assignment with me! If you need some motivation, check out my first assignment here, and the result here.
It’s always refreshing to find a new spot to paint, especially if it is a good one. This new spot was at a small park just outside of Paris. Green and calm. The weather in Paris is gradually getting colder and wetter. The paint-on-wall-season is slowly coming to an end for me. My fingers and toes just can’t handle several hours of being outdoor in the winter cold. Or maybe I should get proper winter gears.
I confess: I’m very bad at climbing anything higher than my waist. And I’m pretty small.
My first meal of the day at 5pm.
Perhaps I was too chilled at the park that my painting took me forever to finish. At the end, I was forced to stop because I had no more black cans to continue. Also it was too dark to continue anyways. And it was too dark to take any decent photos.
The next day, Obisk went back and took photos of everyone’s paintings. Merci : )

Gsulf, Christ, Torpen and I went painting. It has been a while since I painted with these guys, so I was happy to share a wall with them : )
The chosen colors.
Work in progress of Gsulf,
of Christ,
of Torpen (or he was already finished and doing a throw up on the side),
and of mine. Only when I paint on wall, I wish I were a little bit taller.
Finished piece of Gsulf,
of Christ,
of Torpen,
and of mine. I still can’t decide if I like it better with the red lines or without the red lines. Hmmm…
After, we grabbed some bollywood cheese naan chicken sandwiches. Sooo gooooood : )
